Developing and Using Own Assessments of 21st Century Skills
For the last three years, 20 organisations and members of the Regional Education Learning Initiative (RELI) ALiVE project, have been involved in a process of learning how to develop and use contextualised assessments of 21st century skills.
Along the way, many milestones have been achieved and many valuable lessons learnt. In the following article, ALiVE Principal Investigator Dr John Mugo shares the lessons that could be significant to members of the AEAA who may be on their journey towards developing such assessments in the Sub-Saharan Africa context.
