and administrators.

We accompany the teachers to design and implement lesson plans which unlock the power of thinking in learners. We work with school leaders to promote a culture where high-order thinking skills are fundamental outcome of education through contextualized
leadership programmes.

Our model aims to enhance teachers’ pedagogical practices and
highlight pertinent learning outcomes among learners. School leaders and administrators are key because they create supportive environments for critical thinking skills in the teaching and
learning of all subjects. This requires the school to have clear mission and vision statements recognising critical thinking as an important goal and explaining how it can be accomplished
through professional development trainings.
