Emmanuel Nsenga Rutikanga

Emmanuel Nsenga Rutikanga is a distinguished Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and Kenya with over nine years of experience in legal practice across both jurisdictions. His areas of expertise span procedural laws, international legal practice, and institutional governance. He holds a Master of Laws in Procedural Laws and International Legal Practice from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Kenya School of Law, and a Diploma in Law from the Law Development Centre.

Nsenga is also a dedicated legal advisor to Meeting Point International (MPI), where he provides legal counsel in support of vulnerable communities. As the Founder of Alma Associated Advocates, a law firm driven by the motto “Where the Law and Justice Lives,” he is committed to offering principled, people-centred legal representation and advocacy.
