Anne Nganda

Mrs. Anne Nakabiri Nganda is a seasoned professional with a rich background in science education, management, and healthcare administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Makerere University. Her passion for leadership and organizational development led her to pursue further studies at the Uganda Management Institute, where she obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, followed by a Master’s degree in Management Studies in 2006.

Mrs. Nganda began her career as a Secondary School Science Teacher, where she nurtured young minds and developed a strong foundation in education. She later served as Secretary of Communion and Liberation, a lay ecclesial movement that fostered her sense of community and service. Her professional journey has equipped her with a strong foundation in financial management, administrative coordination, and research support within public health settings. She has developed competencies in data management, stakeholder engagement, and program monitoring and evaluation, particularly in enhancing the effectiveness of development initiatives through evidence-based approaches
